About this Event
In this 2 hour class you are going to learn how to create bowls using pinch pot method. Each bowl is 3cm diameter wide.
The process begins with a ball of clay. Thumbs are pushed into the center, and then rudimentary walls are created by pinching and turning the pot. The pot is then pushed on a flat surface to create a flat surface, thereby creating the base.
This is a basic pot making method, often taught to beginners, that is why is suitable to all ages and levels.
During the first hour you ate going to learn the clay process and in the second hour you are going to decorate and glaze your pieces.
Pottery will be ready for pick up at the studio after 3 weeks of your class.
