Who is interested to join the "INTERNATIONAL PILSEN CITY CUP 2025" in Pilsen (Czech Republic) October 17-19, 2025??We're searching for adult recreational teams who wanna join this tournament. Also individual players for our mixed team are able to join. Please ask for it.

TOURNAMENT CITY:
Pilsen is a city in the Czech Republic. About 90 kilometres (56 miles) west of Prague in western Bohemia, it is the fourth most populous city in the Czech Republic with about 169.000 inhabitants. The city is known worldwide for Pilsner beer, created by Bavarian brewer Josef Groll in the city in 1842.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Adult recreational Co-Ed ice hockey tournament.
Divisions: 18+ & 40+.
Guaranteed four tournament games per team!!
Playing time will be 3x 15 minutes (running time) per game.
Ice preparation after every game.
Recreational non-checking and no-fighting rules!!

The arena has two ice surfaces!!
TOURNAMENT HOTELS:
We’ve blocked two really good hotels, in a total of 105 rooms (210 beds) in the city centre of Pilsen. The arena is located only 1,5 km (max 20 min walk or 10 min drive) away from the centre.

No real single rooms are available!! Only double rooms in single use but they are all quit expensive.
We'll post the hotel overview with the room rates and room types from each hotel in our team managers WhatsApp group for this tournament.
For those who don’t want to drive or don’t have their cars there we’ll have an 8-seater van or a 19-seater minibus for all hotel-arena-hotel transfers (not included in the tournament fee!!) available. Airport transfers are also possible.
TOURNAMENT PROGRAM:
Friday October 17 - Travel Day (games from 6 pm).
Saturday October 18 - First Tournament Day.
Sunday October 19 - Second Tournament Day (till 4 pm).
TOURNAMENT FEES:
220.- EURO PER PLAYER
Included in this fee:
- Tournament organization (arena, referees, timekeepers, hotels, meals etc.).
- Guaranteed four tournament games with 3x 15 minutes.
- Online live scoring and stats.
- Two official league referees per game.
- Ice preparation after every game.
- First aid staff in the arena.
- Own locker room for all teams during the tournament.
- Equipment storage in the arena on Friday.
- Water for the games and free coffee in the arena.
- Trophies for the three top teams in each division.
- Champagne for the Division Champions.
- Individual Player Awards.
- Tournament T-Shirt for every participant.

TEAM REGISTRATION:
We need from every team a 500.- Euro deposit until end of May. The remaining money have to be paid until end of August.
INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION:
We need from every player a 100.- Euro deposit until end of May. The remaining money have to be paid until end of August.
