Each year at Pillars of Pride, the Biddeford Education Foundation honors and recognizes a community partner who has been a longtime contributor of time, talent, and treasure toward the Biddeford School Department and signifies pride in this community. Their support has made a positive impact on our school community. We are pleased to announce that this year, our Pillars, and guests of honor are the members of the Biddeford-Saco Rotary Club. The members of this organization have contributed countless volunteer hours and substantial financial support to making our school system a better place, and we are excited to celebrate its legacy.
In addition to recognizing our honorees, Pillars of Pride serves as the Biddeford Education Foundation's major fundraiser and will include a silent auction. The Biddeford Education Foundation supports students' needs that fall outside of the regular school budget. Through grant monies and fundraising efforts, the foundation is able to provide food, clothing, rent relief, and teacher mini-grants to enrich students' educational experiences.
We invite you to join us at Pillars of Pride. Tickets include entry to the event, hors d'oeuvres, and one drink ticket. It's a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate our shared commitment to the Biddeford School Department.
