Dance Meditation is mindfulness in movement. Our day together will highlight the theme of pilgrimage, a spiritual practice that is present across faith traditions. The music and dances reflect traditions from all over the world. People of all faiths and none are welcome to participate.No dance experience needed and no partner required, we will be dancing in a circle.
Suggested donation of €5, payable on the day.
