Pilates y Parranda: Reset Flow & Buenas Vibras at Lamoure Vineyards 🍇✨

Kick off the new year with a fresh reset, good vibes, and comunidad at our Pilates y Parranda event hosted by Vanessa Aponte at the beautiful Lamoure Vineyards. This experience is designed to help you connect, move, and start your year with intention.

We’ll be offering two class times:

• 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: First Pilates Flow

After class, this first wave will head to the next room to enjoy live Banda, sip delicious Lamoure Vineyard wine, mocktails, beers or matcha.shop from local vendors, and vibe together!

• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Second Pilates Flow

After the second class finishes, everyone will come together to dance to Banda, enjoy drinks, support local vendors, and start the year right year with community and connection.
