Welcome to Pilates Y Borth, with Rachel Hubbard, BSc Our Pilates Mat work class offers a great way to improve your core strength, balance, and flexibility. Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on controlled movements, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Regular practice can improve posture, alleviate back pain, and overall body awareness.
With over 20 years of experience as a Pilates coach, I will coach you with guidance and adjustments as required. Pilates can also support mental well-being, reducing stress and improving focus through mindful movement.
Our classes are welcoming and inclusive. To secure your place, please book via the website. Payment options are available online or in person on the day of the class. Please note that booking is essential.
For hygiene reasons, please bring your own mat and band if you can, though I do have spares for newcomers. Parking is available outside the hall, and there are restroom facilities on site.
