Pilates classes in a small group in the heart of Berlin
The goal of my classes is to gently strengthen and stretch the body, focusing especially on the core, posture and body awareness. I combine the Pilates exercises with elements of yoga and by connecting each movement with the breath a nice flow is being created during the class.

Class is about 60 min, in English and suitable for all levels.

What will you need?
Comfy clothes and some water. During the class we move without shoes, in socks or barefoot, as you are feeling more comfortable.
There are mats in the studio, so you don't need to bring one unless you prefer to use your own. You might want to bring an extra layer (e.g. small towel, scarf) to put underneath if you have sensitive knees.

What is Pilates?
It is a full body excercise that is concentrating primarily on the deep core muscles. It helps you stengthen, tone and strech your muscles, and by connetcing movement and breath it is also refreshing your mind after a long day. It is a perfect training for everyone, whether you want to get stronger, improve your mobility, shape your body, prevent or heal chronic back pain coming from sitting in front of the computer.
