Join Pilates instructor Kim from A_Line Pilates at Cobb's Hill Estate for Pilates, Wine and Flammekueche. Enjoy a morning of Pilates amongst the botanical garden surrounds and afterwards indulge in your choice of Flammekueche Pizza and choose to pair with a glass of wine OR try a Tasting Flight of four wines.
Suitable for all fitness levels, the 60 minute Pilates class will go through the Pilates basics and follow with a full body workout and finish with stretch and relaxation. Modifications of exercises will be given to suit all levels.
What to bring
BYO Pilates/yoga mat and any supporting props to make your Pilates session comfortable. Some mats will be available on the day.
