Christmas is considered such a happy and joyful time of year. But sometimes it's just filled with painful memories. My son's due date was on 12th December.
I imagined holding him in my arms surrounded by family on Christmas Day.
Until I lost him.
Now I'm dreading Christmas but I know I have to put on a face to create the magic for my daughter.
I thought I can't be the only one suffering.
So I'm hosting a mat Pilates class followed by a drink, and a supportive space to chat or just listen to others who've lost a baby.
