Take yourself, your teaching, and your clients to their next level of Pilates! This course follows on from the mat repertoire and will take participants along the path of becoming a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher. Students will learn foundation, basic, and intermediate level repertoire on the Pilates Reformer. Teaching skills, class design, modifications and progressions, as well as client assessments will be addressed. Course assessments include homework assignments, practical evaluations, teaching assessments, in-lecture work, and case studies. Tuition includes e-manuals, exam fees (first time), free classes during the course, and studio access for practice hours.
