This Postnatal Pilates class is designed to help mothers regain strength, improve posture, and counter the physical changes brought on by pregnancy and caring for your child. This class focuses on realigning the pelvis and gently engaging your abdominals, strengthening the pelvic floor and easing aches, helping you to move with more comfort and confidence. You’ll benefit from exercises that build core strength and promote an easy, natural posture.Bring your baby along or come solo—this class offers the flexibility and support you need as you reconnect with your body.
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth provided that you have GP sign-off. Also suitable for mothers looking to improve their posture however old their children. We ask that only babies under 12 months attend the studio with you.
Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie on. All other equipment is provided. Class is 45mins
