As an advocate of the Arts and Crafts movement, Mercer sought to revive the hand made pottery styles and techniques of early Pennsylvania settlers using local, wild clay.
In this outdoor session set in the arcaded courtyard, you will engage in mindful movement, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to pilates, experienced instructor Tricia Scheeler and owner of Flip Dog Pilates Studio in Doylestown, will guide you through a series of exercises tailored to your level.
