Chloe is a Pilates instructor passionate about encouraging movement and mindfulness for long-term health and wellness in those in the local and extended community. ⁇ FAQ:
👉🏼 Can I bring children to this event?
- This will be a child-free class we would love for you to be able to switch off completely which can be tricky with little ones around! Families are welcome at the connected Cubby Cafe, also open from 7am.
👉🏼 I am pregnant/postpartum, can I still come?
- Yes absolutely! Please specify in your booking notes where you are at in your journey so you can be accomodated to accordingly.
👉🏼 How long will the event go for?
- Class will finish at approximately 8am. Allow additional time for the Sip & Stroll package.
👉🏼 What do I bring?
- A Pilates/Yoga mat, a towel and reusable drink bottle.
