Pilates To Be provides an evidence-based best-practice Pilates class in a supportive community environment that applies the latest scientific evidence and best practice clinical guidelines around longevity and wellbeing. Move confidently and pain-free, get stronger and more flexible and live the best quality life you can.

Our mission is for you to be Free To Move and Free To Be and our classes are a space where you’re free to explore and become fearless about movement, free of the anxiety around pain or perfect form, free to be you, free to get back to doing all the things you love to do and free to, well, just Be!

Internationally accredited instructor certification in mat and reformer Pilates and Diploma in Clinical Pilates focused on chronic pain, acute flare-ups and rehab.

Every body type and level is welcome as each exercise is layered so you can choose your level of challenge.
