Pilates Mat Class on the Boardwalk

• Join us for Pilates Mat Class on the Boardwalk
• This low impact workout designed to stretch, lengthen and condition your muscles
• D.R. Pilates will lead a 1-hour workout featuring a warmup, a circuit and booty component, followed by a cool down
• Participants must B.Y.O.M. (Mat)
• No dogs allowed in class area
• Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant to RSVP
• In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled
• Inclement weather notifications will be sent via email to all those who RSVP’d by 5:00 p.m. on Mondays
