�NEW MAT CLASS IN CENTRAL EXETER STARTS MONDAY 15th SEPTEMBER 9AM�I’m trialing this one on 15th September as a drop in £12.50pp - max numbers are 10. If there’s enough uptake I’ll run a block.
** This is a general mixed abilities group class and not a specialist class so if you have any injury or for example conditions such as Osteoporosis, Spinal stenosis please check with me first. Also pre / post natal, may not be suitable so let me know more details in advance. Thanks.
