Our Pilates Instructor Certification Level 1 Begins in October! Learn to teach Classical Pilates with a fascial approach to movement. The difference is the fascial perspective. You'll learn about the myofascia lines, distribution, and "whole body" movement. You'll get 4 3-day, live, workshop weekends, plus an extra Orientation Day. The group will be limited to 6 participants, so that everyone gets a deeper learning experience. There are 6 discounted private sessions that are included in tuition.
