About this term teacher:
Louisa from Tranquil Skies is a Pilates, Yoga & Barre instructor and a huge believer that exercise should be a fun and positive experience that leaves you wanting more.
The classes are therapy for your body, mind and soul and will inject you with a massive dose of positivity.
All classes offer a range of options for all ages, levels and abilities.
