With over seven years of experience teaching dynamic Pilates and Barre, Soha brings her signature Band’os Club concept to The Social Hub , a movement experience powered by music, energy, and a good sweat! Based in Maastricht, Soha runs her own Pilates business built on one belief: movement is medicine and it works best when it’s shared in community. Her classes?
Think music-led, heart-filled, and just the right amount of spicy. With a dash of disco flair, a sprinkle of mischief, and a whole lot of soul, she’ll guide you through flows that make you laugh, pulse, and surprise yourself sometimes adding that extra challenge right when you think you’re done.
This first collab with The Social Hub is a Christmas-themed special , and rumor has it, Mr. Grinch is taking over the session! Join us for “Pilates Stole My Christmas”, a feel-good flow that brings the heat (and a good sweat!) before we welcome the holiday season together. After class, stick around for drinks, bites, and a cozy chat with the community.
