Pilates can assist expectant mothers in maintaining muscle tone and alleviating pregnancy-related discomfort. Our 5-week prenatal series emphasizes quality of movement over quantity of repetitions, focusing on controlled breathing and precise techniques to help mothers-to-be adapt to their changing bodies. Led by experienced instructors, this program provides a safe, low-impact training environment designed to build confidence, empower the mind, and strengthen the body throughout pregnancy. Join us to connect with fellow expectant mothers and foster a supportive community.This series begins October 4th at 7:30pm, and will run every Friday for 5 weeks. Please be aware that a minimum number of registrations is required for the series to proceed. If this requirement is not met, your class fee will be credited.
Pregnancy related conditions, such as an incompetent cervix, bleeding, placenta previa and others may require you to limit exercise entirely. Always be sure to talk to your health care provider before starting a new exercise program.
