Join us for Pilates for Paws, a special Valentine’s Month mat Pilates class benefiting Pima Animal Care (PAC) 🐶🐱
This heart-centered event is all about movement, community, collaboration, and showing some love for animals in need.

📍 Danny Lopez Park — Ramada #1 & Grassy Field
(Located directly behind Pima Animal Care)
This one-hour mat Pilates class will be led by Ashley Lopez, owner of The Move Pilates, and Shawna, owner of InBalance Pilates. The class will be split 50/50, giving you the chance to move with both studio owners while celebrating the power of collaboration within the Pilates community.
💖 $15 donation required to sign up
All proceeds will be donated directly to Pima Animal Care, and InBalance Pilates will match every dollar donated, doubling our impact for the animals.
This event is a collaboration between InBalance Pilates, The Move Pilates, and PAC, showing that different studios can come together to support one another, our community, and a cause that truly matters.
After class, stay awhile—visit the animals, show them some love, and maybe even meet your future Valentine 🐾
