-Start Monday 30th September 2024 at 10.30 am, every Monday until Monday 16th December 2024.
-One Class per week, Mondays 10.30 am - 11.15 am.​
-Small Group Class (max 5)
-Same time, same group.

-Please wear comfortable clothing, Pilates grip socks and bring a towel or mat to place on top of the mats we provide.
-Please bring a small pillow to use for some exercises.
* Terms and Conditions​
-The Program starts and finishes at a set date.
-Program fees are non refundable.
-The program is for everyone who has been diagnosed with Osteopenia with a Dexa Scan between T-Score between 1 to 2.2.
-For everyone with a T-Score between 2.2 to 2.5 we recommend private one-on-one sessions.
-Please bring a copy of your Dexa Scan on your first initial consultation.
What's included in the program?
1x First Initial 30 minutes consultation. Please bring your Dexa scan. During your initial consultation, we will review your Dexa scan results and perform exercises with an expert instructor to get to know your body.
12x 45 minutes classes "Pilates For Osteopenia"
