This 6-session workshop (60 minutes each) is designed to introduce you to gentle mat-based Pilates exercises that can provide you a simple method for whole body self-care. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of exercises tailored to these unique needs. About the Instructor: Dana Arie, PT is a Brigham and Women’s Hospital Physical Therapistand Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She also completed a Dance and Performing Art Internship at the Artistic Athlete Health Collective and is a certified Pilates instructor (equipment and mat). Dana has an extensive background in tailoring Pilates as a rehabilitation tool for common musculoskeletal conditions. For this workshop, she integrates Pilates concepts and functional movements into a progression of exercise practices for individuals with joint hypermobility.
