Join me for a brand new Pilates class starting on the 8th June at 4.30pm - 5.30pm.If you want an effective way to strengthen your back or to
prevent back pain, then ‘Healthy Back’ group class could be a great class for you.
This class is also suitable for beginners to learn the fundamentals of Pilates using the basic principles of Alignment, Breathing and Centring.
These classes are limited to 10 people.
The cost is £10 per class booked in the block of 6 classes.
The first course runs for 6 consecutive weeks from Monday 8th June 2026.
