This 6 week progressive course will take students through the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) method, working through all of the beginner level movements and sequences. The APPI method is a modified, progressive approach to Pilates that is often used for rehabilitation, making it well-suited for beginners. The course will focus on building core-strength, posture and mobility, with added options of light hand weights, Pilates balls and resistance bands in later weeks.Dates

All equipment provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Sessions take place in the Laura Sandham Studio in The Storey in Lancaster.
