Pilates for All Classes are LIVE!!!I am really looking forward to establishing a lovely community of Pilates clients at my new class to be held in Sharnford, starting Thursday 9th October at 12 noon.
Classes really are suitable for all, from beginners to those who have done pilates before. Class numbers are kept small to ensure adequate instruction. I am a physiotherapist with a specialist interest in Pilates and am level 3 trained in Clinical Pilates.
Booking is made in monthly blocks of 4 classes. Each block is £38.
