This 7 week course is for those wanting to focus on taking their movements to the next level. Classes are more challenging than a standard Pilates session but we will still move with good form, to help mobilise your body and keep your joints healthy. All moves are low impact (which doesn't always mean easy!).These classes are challenging so suitable for those with good body awareness or previous experience with Pilates, dance or Yoga. Beginners are welcome
Each session is 55 minutes.
