About Your Instructor – Mr. Bipin Mathew
Bipin blends the discipline of an athlete with the mindfulness of a yogi. With over a decade in basketball and strength training, six years under a Sports Authority of India coach, and an MSc in Yoga, he has guided students since 2019 in Pilates, Strength Training, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Aerial Fitness, bringing structure, freedom, and focus to every class. Off the mat, he enjoys hiking, cycling, and basketball, while meditation shapes the calm energy he shares with students.
