You release and discharge Lifted In Faith Movement (“Organizer”), Glow Pilates Reformer (“Venue”), and their respective owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the event, including injury, illness, or property damage. This waiver does not apply to any acts of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Organizer or Venue.
