Hello everyone, I am new to the Kew/Richmond area and am a Women's Health and Fitness coach as well as teaching regular Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes for my own company BodyMynd as well as at Third Space.
I am starting up a new Pilates class at the Kew Community Trust on Thursdays at 1-2pm from 20th February and offering your first class FREE so you can come, meet me and get a feel for the class before signing up.
