About this Event

Pilates creates long, lean muscle by high intensity and low impact training. This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury.

Bring your own mat and water bottle.

All levels welcome.
