Are you new to Pilates or returning after a break? Julia is offering a 6-week beginners’ Pilates course designed especially for those who want to build strong foundations in a friendly and supportive environment.
What to Expect:
Over the six weeks, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of Pilates, including:
Core awareness and activation
Breath-led movement
Alignment and posture
Flexibility and control
Strengthening the deep stabilising muscles
You’ll gain confidence, increase body awareness, and develop a gentle yet effective routine that supports your wellbeing both on and off the mat.
This course is suitable for complete beginners or those looking to reconnect with their Pilates practice after time away.
