Move, sip, and unwind at Night Shift Brewing! This all-levels Pilates class combines mindful movement with the fun, easygoing vibe of the brewery. Reconnect with your body, then enjoy a refreshing drink and good company in the taproom.

Your admission ticket covers a group Pilates class led by Rachel Primé, plus your choice of beer, wine, seltzer, or non-alcoholic beverage from Night Shift — or a cold brew, latte, or matcha from The Traveling Acoffeecary's mobile coffee bar.

This event takes place at Night Shift Brewing's Everett taproom, which is just a few minutes north of Boston.

About Your Instructor:

With over 10 years of teaching experience, Rachel brings a deep passion for mindful movement to every class. Certified in Pilates, barre, yoga, yoga sculpt, and pre/postnatal yoga, she’s taught at many beloved studios and clubs across the Boston area — including Down Under School of Yoga, Beacon Hill Yoga, STARR Yoga, Commonwealth Sports Club, Life Time Fitness, The Country Club, Studio78 Boston, and more. She currently runs her own online studio called Relevé with Rachel.

Rachel’s teaching style is calm and grounded, yet offers just the right amount of challenge. Her classes are rooted in thoughtful sequencing, functional strength, and the belief that movement should feel joyful, empowering, and sustainable. She’s dedicated to making high quality classes accessible and affordable, so more people can feel strong, connected, and at home in their bodies, no matter where they’re starting from.
