Pilates
- A gentle but energising Pilates practice to connect mind, body & spirit.
Yoga
- A one hour Hatha Yoga flow session to help you relax and leave you feeling invigorated.
- A Yin Yoga class designed to help with myofascial release, as well as releasing tension from the back, neck & shoulders.
- Yoga Nidra to soothe and calm the nervous system.
There will also be an amazing one hour sound bath brought to you by Tony - Kaira Sound Therapy.

Come & Escape for a day - A day retreat is the perfect chance to get away and make the most of some precious ‘me time’. As we spend the day reconnecting with ourselves. You'll return home feeling invigorated and revitalised.
Recharge - Unplug for the day in the beautiful New Forest. With an optional gentle walk around the surrounding area post retreat.
