We would love for you to come and and join us on Sunday 17th July on the mat for double the fun. A time to move and clear your mind.

3pm Pilates with Vivianne Jonsson-Boulogne. One aspect of Pilates is how we can relearn our "bad habit patterns" in order to nurture our bodies with great focus, grounding and our own correct postural alignment. No glove never fits all, so let's embrace all the learning and exploring on a daily basis.

4pm Yin and Gong relaxation with Jeanette Svensson. The summer represents the fire element and the heart in Chinese Medicine. This season is related to growth, expansion, and creativity. We will focus on getting the energy flowing, so we can go out and tap into the playfulness of this season. After the Yin poses we will relax into the healing sound of the gong.

The teacher duo had the pleasure of meeting at the lovely Light Centre in Marylebone where they teach on Monday evenings. We wish to continue to share the love and joy with you all.

Vivianne has taught Pilates and movement therapy for over two decades. She shares her passion for Pilates with people from all walks of life. She is Born and Inca in Ecuador, adopted and grew up in the Pagan Northern part of Sweden.

She has trained as a contemporary dancer and graduated from Laban Centre London in 2002. She is teaching contemporary dance and ballet to all ages and levels across schools and institutions. In her early twenties she was diagnosed with a severe back injury. The injury was related to her earlier career as a runner for the Swedish junior-team in 1995. After one year of intensive Pilates based rehabilitation she experienced an amazing recovery and managed to avoid a critical surgery.

For Jeanette yoga is not only a workout but a way of living. It brings her balance, a more mindful life and a better understanding of how we function as human beings. With a background in dancing, yoga became a way to make sure Jeanette could stay healthy and care for her body. In 2014, while living in New York City she joined a 200h Teacher Training and yoga has since become part of her daily practice.

Jeanette's classes are a time for you to relax and recharge in this fast paced and constantly changing world.

Here to help you to regain your energy and focus, so you can face the demands and challenges of life, as well as being able to be more present and enjoy all the joyful moments that come along.
