Pilates & Prost Summer Series: A Mat Pilates Class w/The Body Refinery Studio + After Class Beverage @Prost Brewing Co.
Come join us for a fun and energizing Pilates class followed by a refreshing beverage at Prost Brewing Company! This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and socialize while getting a great workout in. Whether you're a Pilates pro or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to sweat it out and then relax after with a cold drink in hand. See you there!
Details: Items to bring are a mat and we suggest a water bottle and to dress in athletic stretch clothing you are able to fully move in. Arrive at 9:45am to secure your spot on the back lawn (artificial turf) and class begins promptly at 10:00am. Class is 50 minutes and afterwards you will receive a drink ticket to enjoy a beverage ($10 maximum & non-alcohol items available) with your fellow attendees! Drink ticket must be used day of event. *Ticket must be purchased for each individual event, and all events are weather dependent. In the case of a cancellation due to weather, your purchase will be transferred to a drop-in class ($35 value) in studio at The Body Refinery Pilates Studio at 10620 Melody Dr. Ste E Northglenn, CO 80234.
