Balance your body and your bubbles.Join us at The Bubbly Goat for a fun and refreshing take on self-care with our Pilates & Prosecco event â a 50-minute mat Pilates class followed by a celebratory make-your-own mimosa bar, bubbly, and light bites.
Led by a certified Pilates instructor, this all-levels class will leave you feeling energized and uplifted â no experience necessary! After the workout, unwind with a glass of Prosecco or your own custom mimosa, plus a selection of post-workout small bites curated by The Bubbly Goat team.

- A 50-minute mat Pilates session (either 10am or 11am start time, check your ticket)
- 1 glass of Prosecco or DIY mimosa from our mimosa bar
