An afternoon of Pilates, bubbles and twinkling lights 🥂✨
Over the course of the afternoon you’ll enjoy a mix of movement and calm:
🌿 WalkFit™ to get the body moving and lift your energy
🌿 Pilates to build strength, flexibility and balance
🌿 Guided relaxation to quiet the mind and help you reset
Alongside the sessions, there will be light refreshments, a glass of prosecco and time to chat with others in a friendly, welcoming space. You don’t need to be an existing client, this event is open to everyone, and suitable for all levels and abilities.
