PILATES & PRAISE
You're Invited to join us at a special evening at a beautiful park where we will flow and stretch while we welcome the sunset breeze with a 45 minute mat pilates session followed by an hour of devotionals, worship, and community!
Your instructor Kylie Rice @bod.bykylie will guide you through a series of workouts that will strengthen your core and overall leave you feeling stronger.
We will end with a devotional + social hour where we will focus on a verse and dive deep in community, questions, and healing!
