Salt & Sun Social is partnering with The Morning Grove, the cutest coffee shop in Carlsbad, for a Galentines-inspired wellness afternoon you won’t want to miss! This event features a 45-minute professional, instructor-led mat Pilates class with the option to add a booty band burn for an extra challenge.

After class, hang out with the girls, build your own flower bouquet, (flowers and greenery provided) browse our jewelry stand, and enjoy the cozy coffee shop vibes. The Morning Grove serves coffee, matcha, teas, food, and pastries, so come hungry and ready to sip on something good.

What to Bring + Wear

• Mat or towel for Pilates (required)
• Booty band if you want the extra burn (we’ll have a few extras, but limited)
• Pink, red, or white workout attire to match our Galentines theme!
