Certified Mat Pilates Instructor Marleigh Parisher will lead you through a 30-minute energizing Pilates x Strength flow, focused on building strength, improving posture, and setting a positive tone for your day. All levels are welcome — just bring your mat, water, and an open heart.
After class, enjoy a serene skincare session with Shelbe, a European holistic skincare consultant and beauty expert. She’ll guide you through mini skincare rituals using OLIVEDA, a luxurious line rooted in Mediterranean botanicals and olive-tree antioxidants. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques to nourish your skin and bring a spa-like glow into your daily routine.
