At this Wellness event, we'll step into the holiday season with balance, connection, and mindful movement at our Pilates & Matcha Christmas Event!
This two-hour wellness experience blends a rejuvenating Pilates session with cozy, festive vibes and a mindful matcha tasting to help you recharge before the holiday rush. (we'll have light refreshments as well!)
✨ Grounding Mat Pilates Flow
Begin with an energizing full-body Pilates session focused on mindful breath, deep core activation, and postural alignment — the perfect reset before the holidays.
🍵 Matcha & Mindfulness Break
Sip on BDC STUDIOS' quality matcha, enjoy light seasonal bites, and engage community-building activities.
🎁 Holiday Intention Circle & Giveaway
Reflect, set intentions for the season ahead, and enjoy a festive activity with a special wellness giveaway for one lucky winner.
Please bring your own mat! Everything else will be provided.
If you do not have one, please email us ahead of time so that we could provide one for you.
What to Bring:
- Exercise clothes (Optional: Pink or Red), mats, & great energy :)
- Light Refreshments will be provided
- Giveaway to all participants
