I am delighted to share this amazing mini retreat with you. I will be creating a delicious, gut-loving mocktails for you as your welcome drink; a light & refreshing blend of yummy goodness to hydrate and get your energy flowing.This will be followed by a 45 minute Pilates session - You will each have your own mat & ball and the session will be suitable for all abilities.
After your Pilates session, you will have a delicious sugar free protein muffin which will be accompanied by a delicious latte, cappuccino, espresso or herbal tea.
It will then be time to wind-down in our gorgeous lavender scented yoga space, lay back on a big cushion, time to stretch out and then we will pop on our hand and foot masks, our infra red mask and fall into deep relaxation.
We will end the day with a glass of Prosecco or nosecco for the non drinkers.
You will also receive a goodie bags full of wellness products and gorgeous treats which you can use as your self care toolkit after the retreat.
