Karina Gomes is a pilates and yoga teacher specializing in yin yoga and vinyasa. With a passion for helping others find balance and healing, she is also trained in trauma-informed yoga, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students. In addition to yoga certifications, she is also certified in TRX and kettlebell training.
Beyond the studio, she is an outdoor enthusiast and plant lover. She finds inspiration and connection to nature in her daily life, and strives to bring that sense of grounding and harmony into her yoga practice.
