This is a mat Pilates class.

Pilates is more than just a workout, it’s a holistic method designed to strengthen both body and mind. Rooted in mindful movement, Pilates blends stretching, core and muscle strengthening, posture improvement, balance, and coordination, all while emphasizing the power of breath.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class welcomes all levels. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you progress at your own pace, so you can truly feel, see, and celebrate the transformation in your body and well-being.
Please bring yoga mat and a water.
About the instructor: Efrosina Gjergji, Instructor with more than twenty-five years of experience in the fitness and Pilates field
With a background as a demi-soloist dancer at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Tirana (ALB), and specialized in pedagogy and choreography of classical dance, modern dance, hip hop.
