Tuesdays Pilates sculpt is a mat Pilates class that incorporates optional weights for added resistance, for a full body strength, mobility, endurance and flexibility workout! This class happens weekly and is open for drop in anytime. Drop in rates are $10 or buy a 5 class punch card for $40 or a 10 class card for $80. Cash, cashapp and Venmo are accepted.
