Thursdays Pilates stretch is a mat Pilates class that incorporates therabands for added resistance and mobility, incorporating deep stretches for flexibility! This class happens weekly and is open for drop in anytime. Drop in rates are $10 or buy a 5 class punch card for $40 or a 10 class card for $80. Cash, cashapp and Venmo are accepted.
