Chakra-Informed Pilates: Mindful Movement for Strength & Balance
This unique style of Pilates blends traditional core-strengthening and alignment work with mindful movement, breathwork, and energy awareness.
In Each Session, You’ll:• Activate & Balance Chakras – Movements and breath cues align with key energy centers, restoring flow, stability, and confidence.• Reduce Stress & Cortisol – Breath techniques and restorative holds calm the nervous system and ease mental tension.• Build Mind-Body Awareness – Intentional presence, affirmations, and somatic guidance help you feel grounded, centered, and renewed.
All levels are welcome. NAMI provides free mats if you don't have one, so just bring yourself and wear something comfortable.
