The community is invited to A Day of Health and Wellness at the POP UP! Inflatable Art Festival. Hosted at the historic Pikesville Armory, the day will feature stretching, yoga, Zumba, Pilates, healthy bites, and active lifestyle resources, along with food trucks on site.Schedule:
- Yoga with Michelle Ostroff: 10:00 AM (Bring your own mat)
- Zumba with Tova Brody, ZIN: 11:00 AM
- Pilates with Sonja Sugerman: 1:00 PM (Bring your own mat; not suitable for pregnant women)
