In the class students will learn a basic pierogi dough recipe and how to make 3 types of fillings. Students will observe making the dough and mixing the ingredients for the fillings. Students will get hands experience with how to roll out, cut, fill and seal pierogis. Students will be able to sample each of the pierogis in class. Menu includes Pierogi Dough, Apple Pierogi, Mushroom Pierogi, and Potato and Cheese Pierogi. This class is taught by Christel Banashek.
